Hi, St. Peter’s! I am quoting the following from our leader, Steve Reitz. (Ummmm, Steve, I did a little bit of editing. Or perhaps condensing.) Steve is a great leader and we appreciate his time and energy!. 1006 Elm: The St Peters demo team did a great job last weekend!! Property is now ready for the framing team to start and they have actually been on site this past week. Mechanical rough in will begin on 26th of Jan. All interior and exterior doors are on order as well as the garage door. HVAC unit is on order and tentative rough in scheduled for Jan 28th. Product availability is still an issue so we will just play it as stuff comes in. (Note from Janette: Lots of hard, physical work went into the demo. We are so thankful for those of you that helped with that!) San Saba Fire protection has completed their final layout of the campus. Control panel has arrived. Currently waiting on a firm rough in date. Replat of our campus: The survey team is currently working on the submittal pack for the city. This replat will need to go before the P&Z (scheduled for the February meeting) as well as city council for approval. Do not expect
any issues to arise. Architect is on track for a 95% completed set of drawings by the end of the month. We are waiting on new drawings of the porch leading into the Fellowship Hall. The original version was large and very heavy, which required an expensive foundation due to our unstable ground. The newer version will still look great, but save us money on the cost.
